233 this morning! Was not expecting that since I went back and forth with the 4/5/6 so many times. So I am 1/3 of the way toward my goal. As of today I have lost 34 pounds. (which means one more pound to my next hard cover book) I just need to do this same thing two more times and I will have lost 102 pounds! Wooheeeeee. Very proud of me. Did an hour of cardio today - 40 on the treadmill and then 20 on the bike. Is it possible for any part of your body to go to sleep? You know - like how your foot or your arm will go to sleep and you have to shake it to get all the tingley feeling out of it? Well, when I got off the bike the part of me that was asleep was the part that was sitting on the uncomfortable bike seat and I'm not talking about my butt!! Is that possible? It (she?) woke up pretty quickly - but there was a few seconds of really weird there. TMI!!!!
Oprah had a cool show on today about what to eat and most of the experts said what you would expect - veggies, fruit, whole grains, and careful selection of meats. Nice to have the confirmation from the experts, but all I have to do is think about how great I feel and I know that those are the right answers.
