Got rid of the pounds PDF Print E-mail

The terrible two have disappeared again which leaves me at - yes the oft repeated 219. I took a day off from the world today. Stayed in my jamies till almost two. Read a wonderful book. Grey, cloudy, windy, rainy - nice day to give to reading.  Gave myself permission to not go to the gym. Ate well. Still can't figure out what's going wrong with the numbers but I guess if I stay on the plan eventually something will have to give.
Really enjoyed my outside real bike ride the other day and plan to do a lot more of that. I'd like to plan some longer bike rides for this summer. Between my bike and my rowing shell I should be able to have fun exercising every day without belonging to the gym. My membership is up in mid April - I figure I can head outdoors most days after that. Will have to figure out a way to replace the weight lifting machines becaue I do love the effect that has.
I'm not at all sure why I'm hanging in there with this long slow maddening stuck pattern. But I am.  I think it's because being off sugar is actually more important to me than losing the pounds. But how long will I be able to stay ok if this drought continues?
