213 this morning! Nice surprise. One thing that I think is working for me is to eat my carbs in the morning. I'm not much of a cereal eater - so breakfast for me is two pieces of multigrain bread with peanut butter. It really fills me up and fulfills my bread wannahaveits for the day. After that, the only carbs I have are fruits. So I had an orange for lunch - and again all that fiber in an orange is very filling. I had dinner out with friends tonight and chose a great big old cobb salad. So many different tates going on in it so it was a pretty adventure in eating. Similar Posts |
