5-4-3-2-1-ROWING SHELL!! PDF Print E-mail

210 today!! 57 pounds gone!! Avoiding white bread seems to be having a big impact on my losing ability. Five pounds to go till I can once again row my shell. I think my weight loss and the weather (or the water warming up enough to row) should work out about the same time. 11 pounds to ONEDERLAND!!!!! This is getting so exciting! I feel great - starting to collect compliments - and my resolve and momentum both seem strong. Went out to breakfast and declined the toast - just had a wonderful veggie omelet with the green peppers still crispy and fresh. Yum. (and a terrific conversation with a good friend) Had a wonderful apple with organic peanut butter for lunch and for dinner - going out soon - unknown menu so I'll have a healthy adventure and one VO on the rocks. I always seem to do better if I have a plan ahead of time. Bought a couple pairs of capris in 16 and they both zipped right up with room to breathe. Another couple of months and I'll be trading them for 14's. I'm guessing my last size will be 12. We shall see.
45 pounds to go. That sounds so doable. In six short pounds I'll be in the 30's to go. Lots of numbers today - probably because they are so much fun to think about when they're going in the right direction - in this case - down!
