Attempting a huge goal! PDF Print E-mail

I'm leaving on another trip on June 9th and I am pulling out all of the stops to try and be under 200 by the time the plane takes off. I'm 206 today so 7 pounds. Well - since my scale only measure to the half pound - six and a half pounds gone will take me to ONEderland. Which means 6.5 pounds in 17 days. Or three and a half pounds every 8 days. Or actually 3 and 1/4. Yikes. So here's my plan.
Water - lots of it. To keep me hydrated and keep all my orgnas working up to speed.
Protein - lean and lovely
Veggies - tons
Fruit - tons
Whole grain
Hmmmmm. That's the same program I've been on! Well, tons of water because I almost always forget to drink enough water. I have a huge mug of it staring at me right now. And tons and tons and tons of exercise. Whch means I need to go get in my kayak right now.
