239 today so phew. But so slow. Three steps forward, two steps back. I know exercise is the ticket, but still haven't gotten a plan together. Wonder what's keeping me from going after the one thing I know will lead to success? Hoping to lose ten pounds this month and after starting it with a gain, I'm already behind. Dr. Phil says you can't control how much weight you lose, but you can control how much you eat. And I'm doing really well with food - still off sugar which is huge for me. Had an omelet, a pear and two small home made tacos with lots of veggies. Feeling good.

I had to say goodbye to my beloved fudgsicles - they're only 100 calories a piece, but they come in boxes of many and they call to me from the freezer so I'm no longer buying them. I miss them, but I don't miss the way they made me think -"Hmmmm, what else is there to eat?"
